I'm not sure about the "cliqueiness" to be honest as I haven't been around long enough to comment really. I was much more active on POTN until I found TP. And to be fair TP does seem to be much more local (or at least largely UK based) which suits me in lots of ways I suppose. At least "sarcy" comments are understood for what they are meant to be... largely in fun.

And no... I've never been to Whipsnade or Oulton. Can I join then?

In all seriousness although the whipsnade meets that I organise are advertised as
"Milton Keynes and surrounds" anyone and everyone is welcome.

If the distance is too far to travel, there are plenty of potential venues
spread across the country and anyone is free to organise their own local visits :thumbs:

I've been to whipsnade, things there move fast enough for me, don't need to go to Oulton, I am that slow I would never get anything:lol:
 
At Oulton there are a lot of regulars and nearly every week use die hard ones meet up in the cafe and have lunch :) It is always a good laugh and loads of great banter etc. Also, when a 'new' photogrpaher appears I usually end up chatting to them and mentioning TPF and another one joins etc.

I will keep my mouth shut in future :lol:

I have also been thinking about stopping posting my Oulton threads as I am sure people are getting sick of them but after a few pms I decided to carry on....

for now.
