Didn't need any world cup parties last night, we had one almighty storm here that woke me up, just stopped raining now
 
On the other hand, there was crap on the tv channels last night that wasn't showing the football, and the spain holland match was fantastic for the neutral....
 
Speaking as a self confessed Facebook addict, I am already bored of the running football commentary. I can't really understand the logic of it as 1) Those who are into it are all watching the same thing anyway and 2) those who aren't into the footy couldn't give a toss and thus turn to the likes of online media to try and escape it.

I'd go out with the camera of an evening but I'm worried about getting mugged by boozed up football hooligans.
 
Agreed.. the endless footy posts on FB are enough to make me want to reach out and punch them--oops

Oh... I do agree! I tried it years ago and quickly figured it just wasn't for me. I deleted my account and haven't been back since.
Football on the other hand... is even WORSE :eek:
 
Got to say I've caught up with a lot of old friends on facebook, it's nice just to keep in touch.
I don't post any thing personal on the public side, anyone that is friends will know that most of my
comments are a tad silly, to me it's just not something to take too seriously, just a bit of fun :D

The sad thing is, even if the best outcome happens and England lose, we will still be fed a non stop idet of this pointless and corrupt waste of time for weeks yet.
Accompanied by meaningless and insipid excuses for why England got no futher than nowhere.
The only interesting thing about football is that people believe it's a game of skill.
