..."The official 2007 TP Slimorama"

Well done everyone for what has been lost so far - and keep it up to those who are still going.

I don't think I need to try this as my BMI is 16-17 ish :|

I had a wee go on one of those bmi checking machines last week

24.4 it said.....which was in the normal band, just :D

I hit a new record high! 11st 12lb :( having a poorly back is not condusive to exercise, so I'm back to square one plus one!!!

I failed miserably and now weigh about 7lb more than when I started :embarrassed:

However, I've just booked a holiday - I have 5 weeks exactly to look presentable in a bikini  Back to trying to eat healthily as from today, but exercise is out of the question at the minute as I only had surgery 3 weeks ago and if I do too much (even walking a fair distance), I get bad cramps

Don't forget that his is a photography forum :naughty:

well if the exercise machine's are telling me the truth, I've dumped 1200 cals tonight

which is good because I'm about to kill a pizza and a caffery's

Just read the thread, some good weightloss, but to those that have gained a fewdont get too disheartened we all fluctuate at times.

Wouldnt get too uptight about bmi's tho they were developed in the war when people where much smaller then today, if i refered to that then i would be classed as boarderline overweight. yet i weight 75kg at present as i am in a strength training phase, and a waiste of only 27inches.
