The Not-Quite-So-New Photography Cartoon Thread

There you go, a fresh new cartoon hot off the presses.

As some of you will be wanting to go trekking with camera in hand over this late August Bank Holiday weekend.

Some great work Ian

I used to do cartoons and sketch a lot in my teens. I really should get back to it. great to see someone still at it :)

Glad to see you are still posting Ian

:D Hi Chris and long time no hear! Even if it has only a "once in a while" thing at the moment, perhaps I'll get back into the swing of things as the nights draw in and the weather become colder.

And with that to mind . . .

ha ha, and again Ian, you hit the nail on the head. Brilliant!

Wasn't life so much simpler when Apples and Blackberries were only fruits :)

Love it Ian, sadly, I can see that actually happening

Glad your back and doodling Ian

(BTW I whole heartily agree about gravity comment :( )

<---- Blows the dust off this thread.

I know some of you are into star photography, so I thought this cartoon may be fitting . . .

Awwwwww, cheers! :D Then you might as well check out my ongoing cartoon blog, called The Great Doodle. But, make yourself a cup of tea first as there is a lot of material to get through as it goes back two years . . . http://thegreatdoodle.blogspot.co.uk/

You're :welcome: and glad you like them.

And right now I'm putting together yet another doodle. It isn't photography related but may be worth checking out the blog by the end of today anyway.

Even better, i've already been having a look through (impatient me) lol... there are so many i like.. the minnie the minx made me chuckle, that is so me (dodgy back)..:D

Whilst i was there i had a complete nosy too, your photography blog, those Chaplin photos are ace(y)

Awwww, hope your back doesn't give you too much gyp and thanks for taking the time and effort to look through both blogs. Although I started doodling before I could write my own name as a kid (I'm 46), I'm still finding my way around the world of digital photography, even though I've been into it for the best part of a decade but I am having fun in doing so. The real challenge is to try and be a little different by thinking out of the box.

It just goes to show how we often have something creative in us before we even realise!

I might as well bump this century old thread back up with this near-camera/photography related doodle I did a couple of months ago . . .
