The new kit wait... How does it feel?

So you're there... you've ordered the new lens or body you've researched heavily, shopped and bartered for at length.. and now you have to wait for it to arrive....

How does it feel?!

I just want the thing in my hands RIGHT NOW but I guess it's all part of the excitement sometimes... Mind you I know that at 7am my special deliveries arrive... with me flying out of bed, the only time I ever do!!

Roll on delivery day... whenever that shall be!

I havent even ordered mine yet... although i will be buying from a shop. But, i know, as soon as i get my new camera, i wont wanna work (couldnt get the day off) i wanna go play!!

I know that feeling only too well, i'm ordering a 10-20mm on Thursday and then I have to wait for it to arrive!

I ordered a 17-40L from Kerso last week, I spent all day at work waiting for the email to say there was a package at reception for me and all day today and it still isn't here, I'm going to get organised and bring my camera into work with me tomorrow so I can nip out at lunch if it gets here in the morning!

That can be worse... knowing it´s arriving, or arrived and not being able to lay your hands on it!!

I'm waiting for my 85mm 1.8 AFD I'd like it this week, thank you very much mr ebay seller!

So it finally arrives... you unwrap reminding yourself you bought it off ebay (!)... you check it out, half asleep as the postie always delivers special deliveries just after 7am guaranteed (to mine anyway)...

It's all there, oh minus lens cap and uv.. but on further investigation the clever ad didn't say it would. doh. Now to test it out...
