The most torturous thing..

Just done something very similar myself. Bought some new headphones but the adaptor to plug them into the amp won't be here until the end of the week...
 
Always make sure new purchases are ready to use as soon as they arrive :-)
 
That's a bit of a pain - I hope it arrives nice and early so you can try the camera out
 
i dont think i would be able to sit still or sleep at night if i had i could not use o_O
 
It wasnt supposed to arrive until tomorrow. Damn Amazon for being so good.

I shall just stroke it tenderly instead.

Im so jealous. I'm itching to press the buy now button on one of those but just can't find the difference between the X-E2 and the resale value of my X-E1. Soon hopefully soon

It came with version 1, so I updated to 2 last night. I've bought the 18mm from here and will be getting the 35mm in the free lens offer.
 
just leave the cover off and do some abstracts :)

I never said there was anything wrong with upgrading, did I Simon, funnily enough I have a shiny new camera on route to me too.

She knows about it here - but then she has her own camera and wants her own goodies, so it gets twice as expensive :eek:
 
It's not a film camera, its a digital mirrorless.

And it's not really an upgrade for me, just an addition. I still have my d700 and d5100.
Just wanted a new toy.

There is appeal in film these days - I just bought an Olympus OM10 from eBay with lens for £10 just out of curiosity:)
