Yes
Fancied another band thread but I'll be damned if I could divide them so two for the price of one.

Post your favourites here. :)

You posted Hallowed be thy name which is the best heavy metal song ever, so you've already won the thread. Anyway, this one makes me want to buy some Lucozade ...

Played side four of the "Live after death" double LP which this is from until it wore the grooves out and the needle skipped :exit:, it had superb versions of Children of the damned and 22 Acacia avenue as well.

Wore the grooves out of my Live After Death to (y)

I'd put Children of the Damned right up there with Hallowed be thy Name though.

Up The Irons! Quite possibly the best live Rock band EVER.

This was a good day.

and so was this from what I remember

And haven't heard this for years
Iron Maiden - "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son":

Apart from number of the beasdt all my other iron maiden is on tape. I bought a thing a few years back that put tapped onto PC but the tapes are a bit used so quality was rubbish. I suppose I ought to just pay out and DL them.

My fave Maiden track has gone, Phantom of the opera. Some good metallica stuff, but this is probably the best known and is bloody superb

Maiden's cover of UFO's Doctor Doctor, almost as good as the original.

My eldest son was only young when this came out, it became one of his favourites although swore blind it was called "Can I play with my vest"
