I have read about this sort of thing before but always scoffed at it , earlier this evening I was laid on the settee using my I.pad to go through things , my wife was on her mobile phone talking to the daughter ... the daughter is looking for a new fridge freezer and specified that she wanted a black one and was part of the verbal conversation .. guess what a few minutes ago on Facebook a advert pops up for various models of black fridge freezers on my I.pad .. big brother is watching us that’s a certainty. Spooky but 100% the truth

I watched a recent youtube video where a guy proved it.

He was going to talk about dog toys to prove it and didn't mention the word, just held up a card with the subject matter written on it.

Then he opened about a dozen websites and looked at any adverts that may be splayed across their content. Nothing at all there relating to dog toys.

Then he started verbally talking about them. Mentioned them several times.

Opened another bunch of websites, and virtually all of them had adverts relating to either dog toys or dog related products

Big Brother really is listening in
