I have just found this video on a site I use and it has shown me I wont be able to get where the togger at the 1.10second gets. (IS HE AMONGST US ON HERE)
The Loop
Cad East is accessible by wheel chair with help (I'm sure I've seen a TOG write about his experiences, but can't remember the link), as the farmers track goes most of the way to the top, but there is some uneven ground to get across
You can capture some shots like this

Having never tried (for some reason I like carry my gear up the hill), you could probably capture shots from the car parks at Cad and the Bwlch. Unfortunately most of the other locations ain't wheel chair friendly
Check out www.flylow-flyfast.co.uk for some info
You can could shoot the aircraft from this Carpark/layby, as they are climbing up to you.

You drive up a track most of the way. But then you have to get up the hill to the top. Nowhere near as bad as all the other places. But still uneven ground and grass. It's only about 5 mins. But I doubt very much a chair could get up there.
I'll have a look to see if I can find any piccies of it..

Here you go. Cadeast:
Mark is sat at the 'shooting' point. So you have to come over the hill behind him. The terrain is the same on the other side.
Very uneven and boggy near the bottom.

If they can get a wheelchair through the rainforest of Costa Rica, from one side of the country to the other....you'll get a wheelchair up the Welsh hill. All it needs is a few willing volunteers with some brawn and determination.
I know what you're saying about getting up there on your own is true. I bet there would be a few folks there on the day though and you know how the old saying goes about the broken lamp....................
.............many hands make light work!
that is from cad west which is very different to cad east which may well still be not suitable but it is a far more likley option! also cad west dangerous!?I was there yesterday and it was one monster of a climb. Certainly not accessible for disabled wheelchair user's I'm afraid.
How ever there are many points along the valley and therefore I guess there has to be somewhere where you can get a good viewpoint. The more local lads would be better to guide you though.

Is there anywhere to get a Land Rover up a track? If that was possible Julian I'd be up for a trip. I'm down there next week so will take a look.
