You could be forgiven for thinking you had to post as many puns on the theme 'wood' into the thread as possible.

Rules are similar to the monthly but a bit more informal (read Marcel doesn't seem to have done any so I'm making this up as I go along). It is preferred the shot is taken for the comp but if you must use an archive shot you can. Picture size rules will be the same as you upload the picture to the comp gallery yourself and the server will reject oversize pictures. Monthly comp rules are at the top of this forum section - just pick out the bits that fit :)

Once the time is up there will be some kind of vote for the winner.
 
Robert has it pretty much spot on :) Apart from image size rules, as long as it fits the theme, then submit away!
 
Havent processed it yet.

I've been going through all my RAWs from this year and applying the infamous "Rule of Turds", and came across some woody ones which I must have overlooked first time round.
 
Yew all, this is a popular thread especially for the elders here. Someone get a broom and sweep away all these double entendre else the birch will be needed. :)

but the pictures go in a very strange order
looks like the "next" is a bit random

Nope, its OK, because we're using the gallery to vote, you can see the scores as they get votes.
