The Image File (the host)

Morning all, can someone help me out?
I've been thinking of moving my hosting over to the image file (from a wordpress site) for a bit now.
Just wondering what experance users have had of this and just how customizable the wordpress part was? Eg can upload plugins (maps and stuff)

Well i went for it and spent £1.20 for a month to see what its about.
Lots to learn, not 100% its for me or what i'm doing... But its time to learn
