The "how would you edit this photo" game.

sorry guys.. not been on all week - been building my wife's website (which i've been promising for 2 years) but she's got an advert going out on 1st December in a magazine, so the pressure's on!! have a look and 'like' it if you like it - not finished it properly, but nearly there.

when's judging on this? i should get a chance to do an edit later this afternoon if you can leave judging until tonight? :help:
 
cheers... no, not that up on html etc.. it's an e-commerce template from MrSite (horrible firm) but nice feel to it. The hardest part is taking all the pics, creating variants, descriptions, pricing, categories, colour schemes, T's & C's, returns etc.. still not done the About Us - only noticed that last night :bonk:

Well on the subject of the winner... well it was close... the four judges couldn;t decide so lost their power to vote... meaning it went to the result of the phone poll...... which gave the win to

Loving the site. Great idea. Theo, would be a sucker for this:love: I know you,ve got a lot to iron out in the site but, i was wondering if you had erm....erm...erm a lovers thingy. I did look at your make it 'personal section' but didn't get what I wanted... So if you could put on a heart, 'Rog 4 Caz' I'd quite happily pay for it. :)

As usual, I get one idea in my head, it blocks anything else from coming in, and I have to try my best to make it work. :lol:

i'm similar... but my ideas are best kept safely locked in my warped mind.. otherwise i'd be ;

a) banned from TP
b) locked up

I have to say Graham, its a great shot and so many different ideas and ways to go about editing it. Hopefully this image will get lots of entries. BTW whens the finish date/time for this?

Oh and something totally unrelated has signatures stop working as mine seems to have?
 
Cheers Andy - from a day a Legoland earlier this year... Wasn't going to set a time until there were a couple of entries already in - if you reckon ther'es potential in this one, I'm happy to let it run for a bit.

And sigs I've noticed only seem to work for the first time post in a trhread (from each person). Subsequent posts in same thread they dont appear.

If things get desperate, I'll have a crack at it myself, and then judge!

I did stay later, once it had gotten dark - but it started raining before I could get a shot. Don't know if it's a trick of the light - but the dark really pulls out the symmetry of the structure. :nuts:

Well with only two edits to choose from - I had to take some advice from my boy as he walked past the computer on his way up to bed...

Feeling a bit bad as this is 2-in-a-row I've had 4ndy in runner-up spot, but a 5-year old is rarely wrong where Lego is concerned, and I know it goes against all the rules, but tonight's winner is......

don't get too excited with this one.. don't know what's up with my pc today but it's been chugging away and struggling like mad, everytime i created a new layer i was waiting about 10 minutes for it to let me do anything. Hence, i would have liked to add a lot more rides to big bertha's .. but alas, it wasn't to be...

Staggers me that there can be ideas that never even enter my mind on here...
the only thing I was getting was a James Bond stylee speedboat chase up the ramp and through the lifeboat station - complete with hand drawn missile :lol:
