I can relate to that- I used to crash at the start of every year as I would forget my reflexes and bike control weren't quite up to the speed they were when I put it away for the winter:lol:

Put it away for winter! You lightweight. That very Norton took me to work in deepest Derbyshire snow..

And I have a knackered and partly titanium knee now due to forgetting to brake when a car suddenly stops in front of me. Oh the joys :D

At least yours was stopping. The one I hit was on my side of the road, coming towards me. One 1600 twin carb Marina with a 750 modification to the front end! Both write offs and me broken. :'(

I did ride a couple of winters and enjoyed the opposite lock action but there's only so much brake rebuilding and ice riding you can do before the novelty wears off:lol:

Anyway, proper snow in England- whatever next!?:p:lol:
