The "how would you edit this photo" game.

St-ephen Thank you for the mention...

I'll have to see what i can do with this one. may need to think about inviting in some new software, if i am going to keep up with you lot. ;-)

software? pah... you're not allowed to use software. All edits must be created by hand painting and re-scanning the original piece of crap art

Well done Andy.. i had you down as the winner from the start. fix

blasphemist!!!!!!!!!!!111

Some great edits so far:thumbs:

Can't play this week as away with no systems:(. I suppose I could do one in paint but it may look better than the PS effortd so not good for the ego:lol:

Think i got carried away with this one

good way to de-stress from a crap day though :)

cool- how do you get two different lightning strikes please?I tried a lightning storm for one of the edits and the only tutorials I found were not relevant for what I wanted to do:shake:

I'm liking that scott! Tis a good way to distress too.

well driving into work this morning i was saying to myself....'right, i've got to get stuck into my website today and get all the products uploaded, put the prices on, SEO descriptions, watermark images etc etc etc...'

First thing i did when i got in the office.... 'well, i'll just have half an hour editing a picture of a mountain shaped like a pierce nipple first' :bonk:

I see you got your priorities right then Leigh

If you can't bring Mohammed to the mountain.....

Haha.. what did you do for the other 25 minutes

But seriously, I did the same yesterday. Sat down at the pc to write an operating procedure and ended up with ps on the screen. How did that happen?

the edit took me 10 minutes. And i've still not done any work on the website :bonk:

cheap plug time if anyone needs any tiles though. MASSIVE DISCOUNTS if you mention the word 'Meerkat' in your enquiry

Do you do laminate flooring or just tiles

and more importantly how (meerkat) massive (i'm thinking 90% discount and free shipping to devon sounds good to me)

yes to the laminate. 15 year guarantee. 25% discount to the people of this thread :D. Delivery is about £40 nationwide i think, i'd have to check.

I think you may be a bit too pricey for us even with the discount (i'm doing a visitor reception area and the whole thing is on shoe string budget

you wouldnt happen to have any seconds you'd care to donate to a deserving cause would you ? [/cheeky*******]

do it twice?

 ok, I deserved that- what I meant () was that the tutorials I had found were painting one side of the line black and I couldn't create more than one line at a time or also have different forks from one strike- hard to explain but essentially they seemed suboptimal. Anyway, now I'm a bit more handy with free transform and have found some decent tutorials, I think I have it sussed. Once I'm back home I will have a go chucking a few in for the next edit.
If it's still poor I may seek further help- other than the councilling:lol:

lol good lad!

trial and error and all that. I am by no means an expert in PS but i taught myself what i do know!

OK lets roll out the results...

3rd Place Vantage...a nod to Python always carries favour :D

2nd Place Mr G....who didn't even enter this one, however due to no rule precluding 'slackers' tut....I feel obliged to honour this unspoken rule :p

and 1st Place for sheer epicness , incorporating a dual lightning strike...

Lets have your image next Scott
