Agreed, at the risk of repeating myself, Ill say something different... which is really that 9 times out of 10 the right edit wins (though I probably have said that). And even if you don't win- it's not like we have a cash price of £2000 do we ( we don't do we?:lol:). I think the appreciation is more important which is why I have tried to be more vocal regards all edits. It can seem a bit superficial but I'm at the stage where I can learn anything from anyone- even if it's what not to do:p:lol: so I am always genuine.

Having said that- would it matter- I used to live in the states and at first the superficial nature of things used to annoy me but I then realised when I compared to the UK that I would rather someone said 'have a nice day' and didn't mean it than be told to 'FO' by someone who did:D

I'm sure we all recognise the effort people have put in and everyone can see the edits. Look at Arsenal, everyone agrees they play great football- they win he haw though:lol::p

Anyway, moving on, nothing to see, lets stop redrawing this circle:).

No one is guilty of anything. It's all a bit of fun. We must remember, some people have more time on there hands than others. If I've been out photographing at a weekend, I would rather spend my spare time editing my own photos. If I get a spare half hour, I will have a pop. If I get a few minutes, then I might post a stupid one just to get one in.
At the end of the day, it's just for fun and practising our editing skills and maybe learn a thing or 2 along the way .....
 
i'll be first up... got a busy few days ahead, so i can't see me getting much time after today.

Right, now, stop this- I've noticed this thread getting rather silly again since this morning. Now, no one enjoys a good laugh more than me. Except maybe my wife and some of her friends. Oh yes, and Captain Johnson. Come to think of it, most people enjoy a good laugh more than me but that's beside the point. Now lets have some sensible edits-----------not:p:lol:

Well gotta say we have all been guilty of falling to the way side one way or another, but we always come back :thumbs: thats why this thread has been so successful :clap: its for some of the originals that have kept this thread going that makes it so successful :cool: we may have a bit of a lull be we always come back...now shut the **** up and get on with it...

i think it was hit on the head when said it is the most deserving edit that wins,
from my point of view i only do the edits for fun, and i have never spent more than 15 minuntes on an edit,
in the stocks methinks :lol:
