Thinking of rekindling my passion for art, painting and the likes......any other secret artists in TP land......bring forth your tips, lives and loathes...:)
 
I'm a light artist, I paint with light :P

But I guess your thinking more along the lines of water colours etc which I have been known to D
dabble with over the years but was never all that good, so I say do what you enjoy
 
Come on Mike - you can't post a thread like this without showing us some photos of your work (past or present) :bat:

I like drawing, painting, quilling . . . in fact that all goes back much further than photography for me.
Just settling down for the evening with the laptop, a bottle of wine and a take-away menu but if I can get my backside in gear tomorrow I'll grab some pics of some of the stuff I have lying around.

I will have a look to see if I have anything lying around......probably just doodles as the good stuff is in the Tate....;)
 
I dabble from time to time when the mood takes me. I use pastels mostly.

For someone with my limited talent I find the best approach is to be quite relaxed about and not expect too much.

Here's one I'm quite happy with.
