Brilliant, so good to see fascinating wildlife and in England too.

Almost missed it, even after a heads up from the MiL yesterday. Fantastic time lapses. Looking forward to Spring next week!

Think i'll have to catch this on iPlayer.

Finished watching recorded 'Hebrides, islands on the edge', that was a good series as well.

One more reason to pay for the license Gramps, excellent watch

Glad you enjoyed it Tony. Make sure you watch the previous 2 episodes

This programme just keeps getting better and better watching it reminds me of another programme called a passion for angling wish they would do a rerun of that whether you were an angler or not was brilliant television

I was into fishing at that time and it was the best fishing programme I'd ever seen. Bernard Cribbins narrating lifted it into a whole new dimension as well.

Totally agree Keith even non anglers enjoyed it as well fantastic filming by Hugh miles as well
Yep. A reasonably local lad I think.
I'm convinced I saw Chris Yates about a year ago. I was walking near Martin Down and he was sitting at the edge of a field watching the sunset. If it was him. I never did look up to see if perhaps lived out that way.
Who was the other angler? Bob somebody I think. Bob James maybe.

Thus far watch two episodes on iplayer, anyone know if this is to be repeated on TV, on one of the BBC sister programs.

The other guy was Bob James - they fell out big style some years later and don't speak now! Sad as the on show camaraderie was very endearing
