Not seen the game but what do u expect teams like hull to do? They probably showed fight and bottle. Yet another arsenal shambles, Wenger HAS to go.

Hull and similar teams do the same against all the big teams but the Chelsea's and co are able to combat it.

It was just so blatant Simon, and at one point the ref (who had a bad game anyway) told Dawson to get up, go off, or be booked... It was that bad.....

Young Bellerin had a great game, didn't look out of place, and Campbell looked good also when he came on.

Jeez, my 5 aside team would have done better than Sunderland, what a joke!

Only saw motd, but while the ref should have blown for a foul on Diame goal, the defence should have grown some balls and got a tackle in. What the hell was metersacker doing... Play to the whistle and his marking on 2nd was awful.

Wenger has to take the blame. He let vermaelen, sagna and jenkinson go, while only buying chambers. He then takes no responsibility at all.

But in fairness, Vergini took his goal very well!

He certainly did!

Lucky lucky Liverpool today. Very poor first half. Great display from QPR in the first half, and Zamora in particular.

Liverpool winning 1-0, from one own goal, and then 4 goals in the last 7 minutes to come out of it winners 3-2 with another own goal. Overall, QPR were the better team. I wouldn't have argued if we'd been beaten. An unbelievable end to a game.

Balotelli was so bad, and missed a sitter. :banghead: So far looks like a huge mistake. He's no team player. Lambert must asking why he's getting games and not him. Out of the two, Lambert has the proven goal scoring pedigree in the Premier League.

For those that don't like Liverpool you could see them get a kicking against Real during the week. :( I'm half glad that I'll be working and won't be able to see it if they play anything like that. :( They have proved they can't defend against one of the worst attack in a top flight league, God help us against Ronaldo and Co.

According to something I heard on the radio yesterday evening, German media were reporting that the start to the Roma-Bayern game would be delayed in order to give the two teams enough time to stop laughing.

I fear United could be on the end of a spanking from Chelsea today.

So, scrivvens isn't here to keep this thread alive, albeit by dubious means.

Smalling, what were you thinking, protecting their keeper more than your own? Actually enjoyed the game today, regardless of the result.

Total madness. It was an odd way to angle for a move though. ;) I can't see him being there next season.

How bad was the Ref, possibly three penalties missed. If the result had gone the other way, the s**t would definitely hit the fan. Very poor showing.

Missed the Manchester Derby due to being at a conformation in Ireland.

Quite funny as everybody in the Church were trying to get the United score LOL

Ok, here we go - Real Madrid V Liverpool.

I'm hoping for the best but I've got a bad feeling about this.

not too bad at half time, I aint laughing at the score yet, way city are playing we'll get beat tomorrow.

can somebody explain why Liverpool bought Lambert?

I'm concerned for Cambsno - Arsenal throwing away a 3-0 lead and no Wenger out post!

I just give up. As Merson said, we were clueless. More proof if needed that Wenger is past it. We have no central defense and no idea!

Thank god for Sanchez though. Awesome player.

Oh dear, 2-1 down and a man down.

Ah but who signed Sanchez! You'll still qualify for the next round, qualify for next year's champions league. In a few years you may have a chance of the title, but at present Chelsea and man City's spending power over the last few years it too strong. You may catch up in terms of getting a better squad now you have more money to spend - don't despair!

I'd put money on it that most Arsenal fans will regret the day Wenger leaves once they see what follows.

We should have won it last season, if we had strengthened as we should have done the league was there for the taking. Each season is the same, fall away in March!

At the start of the season it was obvious we needed defenders and what happened...

After all the controversy over liverpool's line-up against Real Madrid this week, their game against chelsea has added interest (or, maybe it hasn't); and if liverpool win, will it really mean their manager is a genius?!
Are QPR feeling a little optimistic about hosting city today?

Depends if Slippy G has another one of his moments ;)

Joking aside - If Liverpool beat Chelsea then there's no way of knowing whether Brentan's previous team selection v Real Madrid had any bearing or not.

If Liverpool get the results they need to progress in the Champions League then his team selection v Madrid can be justified irrespective of today's result.

Hardly genius though. Basic part of managing a team.

I'm not a horse racing follower, but there's a Gerrard's Slip at Doncaster today :D

I wonder how all those lovely geordies feel about pardew now :naughty:

Probably a lot better than Gooners feel about Wenger. Schoolboy defending, schoolboy management.

*waits for Simons next Wenger out post*

Been at a party so just got back and seen result. This is now beyond a joke. Get him out!
Hurrraaaaaaaa..............Serious note,replace him with whom?

I don't know world football that well. I know klop was mentioned a while back, am sure there are many managers in French or German league for example who may be suitable. In the UK, I have been a fan of Martinez, was moyes really that bad... But whatever, it's the same story year after year. Suspect defence, lack of transfers (we lost 3 defs in summer and bought 1), keeps playing Cazorla, no great holding mid, and no obvious tactics or plan b.
