It's only fair ... they wont have their top scorer, neither will we.
Problem is, their next top scorer has the same tally of our 2nd & 3rd combined  :$

It's a wonderful fixture for us. Whatever the result we win. :)

Jeez, were Arsenal that bad today?

Arsenal are prone to a score like that every so often as we've seen, unlucky to do it on such a big day for Wenger. They weren't in the game today and you won't win leagues with large losses like that 3-4 times a season.

The Cardiff v Liverpool game is a bit lively. Liverpool have had to come from behind twice so far.

It's always likely when we play!

I don't mind too much if we concede 3 games as long as we score 4! Hoping for a less nervy game against Sunderland, my heart could barely take it when I watched us play Swansea!

Nerves are wrecked watching Liverpool. Even when you're 4-2 up you still be nervous

Can't remember the last time Wenger got the better of a top 4 manager, United City Liverpool and Chelsea have played us off the park this season, Chelsea and United every season!

As long as he delivers top four he'll stay. You're stuck with him.

Just what I wanted to hear, thanks for cheering me up lol

Thing is, and what saddens me most is your 100% right! At least United fans live in hope that the next defeat could be Moyes last game in charge. Oh well, at least I have a good reason to open the Chivas Regal and go to bed before MOTD.

We are hopeless against our rivals. Why flamini did not start is a mystery. He is exactly the player we need against Chelsea. There have been some strange decisions this season... Playing sanogo, not playing podolski enough, picking Cazorla against big teams (he only plays well against the west broms of the world). Worst of all, we have a great chance of winning a cup yet plans to start with our 2nd choice keeper in the semi. Crazy!!

You might want to open a couple of bottles to make sure you don't accidentally wake up....Russell Brand is one of the pundits tonight :(

Really? I guess you are quite happy to jump aboard the managerial merry go round once wenger has gone then?

I suspected Arsenal would get get a spanking today.

Ref: "Gibbs, you're off!"

Oxlade-Chamberlain: "But ref, it was me!"

Ref: "Shut up Walcott, get on with the game"

Arsenal pretty sloppy and shocking defensively, though Chelsea certainly seemed to press them the right way. Re the sending off, ignoring the wrong man, as the shot was going wide it arguably should not have been a sending off anyway as there was no denying any goal scoring opportunity.

Be good to see the top of the table once all the games in hand are played to see where we are.

40 years an Arsenal fan and can count our managers on one hand and a finger, so the answer to your question is no.

United v City then.

Don't want to loose but could easily get a stuffing. Would like to get a win but I don't want 3 points lol

Don't want City catching Chelsea either so who knows what I want.

I think many in Liverpool tonight wouldn't mind a Utd win or Draw, as that would leave the door wide open for Liverpool.

That's why I'm not bothered too much if City win.

I've supported Liverpool most times they've played Arsenal, Chelsea or City for 20 odd years.

I'd rather Chelsea won the title than City though.

Watching some of the game - the team is shocking. The defending at the start of the game was awful, and what was Rio doing at the corner for the 2nd goal? Someone so experienced... Moyes should drop him and Evra for a start and just play some kids, can't do any worse. Too many are just going through the motions, and Cleverly is showing us why there is a FB campaign to ban him from the world cup!

I don't think Moyes is blameless (Should have kept some of the old back room staff) but he has basically bought a car and found there is newspaper in all the panels!

Have a feeling if Arsenal don't finish 4th this is Wengers last season in charge.

Gave up in the end and went and did some grouting. :coffee:

I hope so. Clueless and too many mistakes. Doesn't play podolski enough and doesn't then play flamini in games he shoul, then does against whipping boys!

Do you know how bad that sounds ?

Unless regular top four finishes (or the financial gains of doing so) result in League Titles or Champions League Cups - then what's the point ?

Yeah, I wrote a paragraph, but decidied to summarise by saying "We Are Crap!" at the moment

worth getting beat if it stops the scousers winning the league

Not an actual fan then? I remember 95 when a load of reds wanted us to lose against Blackburn so the mancs wouldn't win the league. Sod that! I always want my team to win.

couldn't give a toss who wins ... personally, I think city or chelsea will win and liverpool will finish even below us next year .... enjoy the ride little red friends :D

have to admire the professionalism of the teams at the end of the day ... fans are a different animal ;)

I heard he's stalling on a new deal ... I also heard the suggestion that he should just do a Fergie and take a step upstairs to allow someone else in. It would be interesting to see if ManUtd and arsenal could take on the managerial merry go round clubs and retain some sort of traditional pride in the English game

As one citeh fan said to me in a pub not long ago "love my club, love my country" Doesn't matter what country owns your club or what country players come from, eh? Ooh, I'm bitter tonight :D
