Don't fancy the west ham are at all. No Suarez and hammers in good form. Hoping for a 0-0 draw

Don't you think I did well to see those Suarez references and pass on by.

Anyway - City V United

I'm away out shortly over to Loch Tay for the day and I'm going to miss the match. Could be a nightmare the way we've defended of late but you never know.

Have a house point. :)

What goes through Mancini's head to start Balotelli before Tevez in such an important game? Honestly, if he didn't have such an unbelievable squad to work with he'd have long since been exposed for the crap manager he actually is.

Kompany off injured earlier spells the end for City. Man United are 2-0 up already and will wrap it up no problem.

jeesh.. this isn't going how i thought it would.

City have had the lion share of possession as i thought, but never did i think we'd have nicked 2 goals off them like that. City haven't threatened much despite possession and united have been clinical (as per their season stats). I think there might be a few twists and turns yet :gag:

City are way off the pace, not even giving you a challenge at the moment.

that's the first twist followed by a turn

:runaway:good lad Robin

United showing again that all you need is an incredible attacking force to win games. Thanks for ending City's hopes of an invincible season

classic, great match. Had £4.50 in my bet account so put it on united to win as soon as citeh equalised to soften the blow. 8 to 1 winning me £36

nice!!!!

keep that betting mindset going all season Joe lad...

Joe's probably OK though - he'll have a tenner on West Ham to win. :)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA just seen the Everton result

Incidentally, before the United game kicked off a guy on 5 Live said that if matches were only 80 minutes long then Tottenham would currently be top of the league. I suppose today rubs that stat in a little more

We obviously have to die to get a penalty.

Me? I'm grand. £36 in my pocket from the united game and we beat the bubble blowers 3-2. MMMMMWWWAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA

I only put bets on manure as they are the only guaranteed certs to come back from behind.

And also I don't think the Reid tackle on Jonjo was a penalty.

Bloody brilliant comeback even with two stonewall pens denied and one given that was rediculous.

Not a pen? Joe, you need to spend that money on a visit to the opticians or a rules of the game book, matey.

No I don't. Will have to look again as was watching on my ipad but Reid looked to get the ball to me, could see it given, but it's not the stonewall you are making it out to be.

Didn't see the other penalty claim as was making dinner.

Good to see world player of the year front runner Joe Cole score a candidate for goal of the season. A great result.

I'll look again but I don't think he got the ball, Joe.

I'm sure Mr Paisley is proud ;)

"Mind you, I've been here during the bad times too - one year we came second."

I shall be avidly watching MOTD tonight as I haven't seen any football today, but from the BBC sport website, they tend to agree with Dean regarding the West Ham penalty. They said it near broke Allen's arm from a few feet away and he had no chance to move it.

Very pleased with the result though, no Suarez, 3 goals but still no penalties for. I wonder how many of the tackles against 'Pools players would of resulted in assault charges if they'd been committed outside of the ground, 2 or 3 for definite and maybe a few more. Never know, we might be able to afford to buy 1 by the end of the season, how much are they going for these days?

Good result for you today but I love your spin Joe

4 points off fourth place now my love

4 points off 6th place too LOL

That sounds so much better than - equal 10th with 3 other teams or 9 points above the relagation zone.

phil, stop it! can you you not see that you are feeding the fuel to the "well, no one has actually killed me, so I must be right" machine that is joewotsitsname?!

You pair are hilarious. No, really.

I'd have taken a point at half time but that showed character.

The other incident that I'd like to mention is the coin in your game. Sickening. That **** should be charged with assault.
