Water of a ducks back...it won't stop him doing it or any other manager.

I know.

But it's still good. Shows he doesn't have as much power as he thinks he has

Someone will change that sentence to:

Shows he doesn't have as much power as other people think he has

:naughty: I'm soooo money

No one is even bothered by it though..it is a non news item.

Yet you've commented about it twice.

But I am not bothered if he gets charged or not...if he is found guilty or not as my point is that nothing will change so what is the point in charging him in the first place?

How difficult is it to pick players best suited to the conditions? That game was screaming out for Carra rather than Coates. He's not getting any game time and can't get any rhythm at all. I'd hate to be a central defender coming in every now and then in tricky cup games. He needs to go out on loan for experience or be sold on if Buck doesn't fancy him. At the mo he's a liability.

I agree it was mad not to start with Carra, my worry is he said hes to start against Arsenal! Carra lost his pace a long time ago, I hope Walcott and go don't run rings around him!

Really! Someone keeps doing something wrong so you just give up and don't prosecute? :cuckoo: Great example to set eh! :bonk:

If it's a serial offender you get more severe punishments each time imho. If they don't change their ways then you accrue larger larger fines, and/or they spend longer and longer time away from the game. Bully's can't win.

He never had any pace! To be fair he was rock solid against Norwich but I agree Arsenal are very different.

Philipe Coutinho, I hope Liverpool wrap the deal up soon so he can try and do some of this;

I like the move he does on 2.07min, though I can see him being left in heap if he did it too often. ;)

Fingers crossed Liverpool get him and he lives up to the promise.

I think it's pretty much wrapped up bar the work permit which should be a formality. Potentially top, top player.

Cesar has made some outstanding saves for QPR. He's about the only signing proving his worth at the moment, but he is exceptionally good!

This season is going to be decided much earlier than last. Man U will claim it with 4 games to go I predict.

Well I almost tuned in with 10 mins to go when I saw it was still 0-0.

Glad I didn't as the City curse would certainly have struck.

I might argue that Ryan Nelsen has done more than prove his worth, absolutely gutted that tonight was his last game.

Quite true, for some reason I thought he'd been with you longer than he had

Just half a season and the players gave him a guard of honour as he left the pitch, speaks volumes about his contribution to the team.

Did you go? Am on my way home - was that a pen on Remy? From I was sat looked like it, but so did the Sinclair one for City though that was a lot further away. Depressed about Nelsen, but what a great performance - 1 win, 2 draws, no goals conceded against Chelsea, Spurs amd City. 4 points off safety, Norwich at home Sat....

Watched a feed.

Neither was a penalty. Lescott stuck a leg out and Remy saw an opportunity but there was no contact.

At the other end it was a great tackle. Both decisions were spot on by the Ref.

I hate it when the ref is right!

Well at least he got it right both ways although he did have a problem with his yellow card when it came to Gareth Barry, it seemed to get stuck in his pocket. :suspect:

Was Granero's yellow deserved - please say no or I may have to write Mr Dowd a letter of apology!

I didn't see it as I was distracted at that point but the commentators seemed to think it was deserved (although one of them was Trevor Francis) but, tbf, Granero's reaction also seemed to indicate his guilt.

So, if you start it off with "Dear Mr Dowd sir........." :D

It's pretty much certain that it will be decided much earlier than last season but in terms of who wins it - there's plenty of twists and turns left.

A big plus point for United is that the away fixtures at Chelsea, Liverpool and City are all out of the way and we won them all.

That said I'm not forgetting that the bookies paid out when we were 8 points clear towards the end of last season and then we let City in by dropping a load of points against teams everybody thought we'd beat.

I hope you're right with your prediction though as I've a long standing bet with a Scouse mate of mine. It was 18-7 (to Liverpool) in terms of titles when we ended the 26 year wait with an 8th title in 1993.

The bet (in 1993) was who would get to 20 titles first. At the time we figured Liverpool were having a 'blip' so odds were applied. In short, if Liverpool get to 20 first then I owe him £100. If United get to 20 first it's a £1000 coming my way.

The bet is still on as we often talk about it and without the Sugar Daddies I suspect it would have been done and dusted a few years ago.

Looks like QPR have activated Samba's release clause. Makes sense having allowed Ferdinand and Nelsen to leave and certainly a decent, no-nonsense centre back.

Just think yourself lucky Hicks and Gillett shagged us up so badly no sugar daddy wanted to buy us.

It beats me. it's well established they were duped though with H&G. to be fair the crash affected them big time, but, damn, they left a huge debt and I'm just glad someone cleared it and saved the club. That's why I'm realistic about where we are.

Fully expecting a tonking tonight too. We're exactly the kind of footballing side Arsenal are comfortable playing. I wish we had Andy Carroll fit and in the side to put it about some.

When buck gets the boot....I am putting your name forward to be the next manager.

He is a very good centreback, would have liked him at arsenal!

I've always felt he was overrated. Certainly wouldn't put a £12.5m price tag on him and god knows what wages he's on having been tempted to China.

I think you might do OK tonight. Important game though for Liverpool and Arsenal. I'm actually going to watch it

Everton v West Brom is also a key one for Liverpool I think.

United can hopefully make the most of City's draw last night and win rather than stuff up and make City's result last night a good point earned.

Arse do not defend. Ever. Funny as fork.

I've put a random fiver on Southampton to beat Man U at 11-1. Dunno just maybe they'll be an upset
