Mrs is gonna give it a few days to be at her best then give it a go with me accompanying her.
With regards to week five, it's looking like it'll be a challenge, particularly run 3.
Always good to have someone to run with for motivation.
As for run 3 of week 5. Don't panic, just keep you pace down. I'm sure you'll both be fine. In the highly unlikely even you aren't, just repeat run 2 of week 5 and then try run 3 again.
Nobody is scoring you on strict plan adherence and the only metric you should ever care about is personal improvement. Pace is relative and no matter what yours is there is always someone who is faster.
