The mushrooms are absoloutely teensy btw, the caps no bigger than your little fingernail. They're growing in the moss on the side of a tree, this is where I wished I had the flash, to get better DOF and less chance of blurring, also some some back light might have worked. But, they turned out ok.

I used to go there a lot to photograph but it's been a while, You could get shots for days down there and it goes on for miles. I was time limited today otherwise could easily have stayed well into the evening. I'll be back :)

Another fine set of Fujigraphs Sir, #1 closely followed by #3 would be my personal fav's but all very nice indeed.(y)

Thanks George :) felt good to get out in the fresh air, I'm going to try make a habit of it, get away from the PC more.
 
Does anyone know if there's a way to add the memory card format function to My Menu ?

I've tried to do it but the User Setting menu (where memory card format is located) is greyed out.

Went to the CameraWorld show today and got a decent deal on a new camera so have joined the Fuji team !

Picked up an X-T20 plus the kit lens - will likely get another lens at some point to have a minimalist kit.

Hi folks, just wondering if anyone else is having an autofocus problem with X-T2?

Just recently noticed I've been getting some blurred pics. Long term Fuji user so familiar with its set up.

Last week a few landscape shots in a sequence came out blurred with 16-55, nothing in focus, had focus confirm on AF-S. Same today with some portrait shots via 50-140. Again, nothing in focus, the whole picture blurred.

Only noticed it recently and only change I can think of is updating firmware from 2.10 to 2.12.

Would appreciate any thoughts otherwise...

Hi Gary, welcome to the Fuji family. You will love the X-T20 and the great XF 18-55mm as I love mine. Most of all enjoy your photography and many great members who use this thread will gladly help, if and when you need it :)

This is a wonderful shot on a couple of levels. Obviously the lighting and composition is great, but what I really like is that one can read a story into it :)

Cheers! Very kind words. To be honest, I had to take this picture very quickly after I came around the corner, as the situation was obviously not going to last for long, so I didn't actually realise he was taking a picture until later. For what it's worth, he's probably photographing a cat or maybe even kittens, as there are lots of them in the streets of Chania, and they are often quite cooperative. For cats, anyway :-) Not really sure though...

Lovely shot with gorgeous light and atmosphere, but I see what you mean. At times like this it's sometimes worth taking a second shot panned to the right in the hope of stitching on that extra 10% later...

Cheers, totally agree about the stitching. Unfortunately this is the only shot I liked, yet the only one I composed wrong. Typical, isn't it?! I must have lent forward or something :D

Beautiful shot, your daughter is adorable, so photogenic. Our Emily was the same at that age, she's 10 now and runs away when I take out the camera :( it happens, enjoy while it lasts. I used to love shooting her old style, like Shirley Temple era :D -

Aww thanks so much :) That's a lovely shot of Emily. I'm sure she'll want photos again once she's a bit older, for social media etc.!

If its happening with all lenses, I would try cleaning the contacts on the camera where the lens mounts, it may be that the focus confirm is getting corrupted.

Failing that I'd suggest contacting the Fuji service centre
