The budget

But the government already interferes, by forcing those on welfare to take jobs or risk losing their welfare payments. This creates no incentive for employers to improve their job offers - until there is full employment, there will always be a ready supply of workers who are forced to accept whatever contract the employer puts in front of them.

What a total lot of bovine fertiliser. People who are able to work should work, not scrounge off the rest of us who pay taxes so they can sit around watching day time TV! It isn't actually the government who pays welfare, TAX PAYERS pay welfare. It's all so easy to blame everything on the government and not take responsibility, one look at Greece shows you where that leads. There are currently lots of jobs available. Why can't employers fill them? Because there is a shortage of skilled labour for some jobs and for others too many would prefer to sit on their asses all day.

You're living in a dream world where money grows on trees. Your head stuck in the sand while you spew out the asinine rhetoric of your fantasy ideals.
