Hello,

I am Sebastiano, I am Italian and I have been living in Portsmouth for the last 3 years and some months.
I am an amateur, I own a pentax k-5, a k30 (used by my wife) and a Q..also a MX, but I do not use it much ( :) ). I am 35 years old and I am planning to take my photography skills to higher levels, since I want to stop to take mediocre shots and aiming for reaching more interesting results. That's the main reason why I decided to register to this forum.

Now all that said, can someone explain me who this Duke of York is?!?! :)

it's the anti-bot question that the system asks during the registration phase...problem is that being Italian I have no clue who he was...luckily google helped :clap:

Ah ... all is revealed. I had no idea we were now required to pass an examination to qualify for membership of the forum.

I'm glad that you managed to defeat that Duke of York guy and find your way in. He's a bit of a trouble maker to be honest (that's why we leave him outside) and he sometimes gets a bit too overenthusiastic in guarding the TP gates ;)

You've definitely come to the right place for inspiration and help in moving up to the next level - looking forward to seeing some of your photos on the forum.
