The wait!
I took the Nikon F5 with the 85mm f1.8 lens out for Mothers Day lunch today and reeled off a couple of rolls of film, whilst our family were altogether. The depth of field with this lens is amazing and we were in a small country pub with tiny windows so it was mostly shooting wide open, I'm really hoping some of the pictures came out well, as it was a lovely day and to have pictures of it would be great. We have four daughters out of five kids and three of them have children so it was mothers galore with one great grandmother, 4 grandmothers all coming for dinner too. We basically took over the whole of the pub, luckily the landlord is a good friend and made sure we had the Gp on in the corner to keep us lads quiet!
By the time we'd finished it was too late for dropping off for developing so I'm now just itching to get them in and see the results. Although I did find a couple of films in some Medium format TLR's I'm putting on ebay, so as they are C41 process I should be able to get them developed relatively easily so I shall be able to see whether these Mamiyas and Yashicas have taken good photographs.
