Hello all
I am new here and I have a query :
I want and need to get some of my photos printed to a good standard to adorn the walls of the house we have in France.
Now if seems to me that all reviews/comparisons are very commercially skewed.
Also I want the classic 30/40 cm format and probably some panoramic large size from my travels, not the 5/7 for the family pics.

I offer prints from Loxley Colour for customers and the feedback is good, and I have an Epson Surecolor P800 for printing at home. Printing at home can be frustrating and takes some dedication but you have the benefit of being able to produce exactly what you want.

So, more questions than answers....

  1. You mention France but where are you expecting to get the pictures printed?
  2. What sizes do you wish to have printed? NB your mention of 30/40cm format.....do you mean that as the dimensions of the print or as a 3:4 ratio ?
  3. What papers do you anticipate the prints on?
  4. Have you post processed your image files to suit the print size(s) you want printed?

I would recommend Trade Canvas Print, who not only print on canvas but also on paper...
