As a result of Joes (Mrs Steve Jobs) thread we stumbled upon an idea:

There have been a fair few Apple threads about and this may turn them photographic if we even manage to get 1% of the people taking part.

ENTRIES THREAD HERE

The Challenge

Shoot an Apple product(s) anywhere outside in nature :naughty:

EG:
Apple in a tree = temptation
Technology vs Nature

Rules

  • Shot must be not have been posted elsewhere.
  • Photoshopped 'in' apple products will be allowed as long as the background image is the togs own work.
  • One entry per Tper. The adjudicated image will be the one that is present when the entries thread is closed at 23:59 on the 17th July.
  • Closing Date: 17th July 2010
  • Winner to be chosen by Spooky and myself.
Prize
A £15 iTunes or Appple Store Voucher

Am currently in discussions with Cheryl about this as not everyone will have access to an apple product..... will reply in thread asap.
 
Haha, I've just got back from the Isle of Wight, lots of walking and seeing pretty places.
iPhone in my pocket, camera around my neck and now I see this thread!

Boomin typical!
 
Although Cheryl prefers the real thing, she will welcome blatantly photoshopped Apple products providing the image they are PS into is the tog's own original work.

And Simon Selotape has ammended the rules. You may now use any of your images taken before as long as you have not posted them before.

This should mean we get a fair few 'shopped images!

I made some a few years ago for a quiz, it's not too difficult (you have to stop other peoples working once one had been pressed then have a reset button for the question master) BUT where am I going to get 10000 miles of bell wire ?

Hmmm - as a beloved Calvin and Hobbes fan who holds everything C&H sacred and who finds this avatar a little blasphemous, I am inclined to say no.

Insane and unexplainable prejudices aside - would have to say doll is creepy and not really out in nature.

The entry before mine doesn't really involve nature and has been accepted so kinda hoping this will be accepted too.

100% agree with this. Very creepy.

But have to add, the entry above by that one by Rob 80386 is also rather creepy looking as well. Imagine seeing someone like that in your house. Liek a scene from a horror film. The outfit. The creepy look. Scare anyone to death.

Sorry, but dont like either of them. Both give me the creeps. :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown:
