Quick question chaps. At night outside at locations I'll do a test shot and sometimes see what looks like water spots on the lens. So I'll clean the lens with a nice quality microfibre cloth that I got from the optician and which has never been used on my glasses. But I should probably wash it now. What's the best stuff to use? Handwash in luke warm or cold water with some fairy liquid, or my handwashing detergent? Apparently I need to use something that is free from bleach and fabric softener.
I would wash my car cleaning microfibres in a non bio liquid. I can't remember if that was to do with the actual cloth or something to do with the cleaning products now. As you can tell, I'm not as particular with the car anymore......
