The Amazing Sony A1/A7/A9/APS-C & Anything else welcome Mega Thread!

Good deal, wonder if Sony UK deals with EU warranty?

I really wish I used zooms sometimes, could save a lot of dosh and hassle.

Not sure - I’ve bought EU many times, but never had a warranty issue. Can’t see why Sony UK couldn’t deal with it though - they come with European warranties as standard. If not, I’d be kicking up with them.

I want a 24-70 for travel, but, money. So, meh.

Yes they will honour all warranties for items bought with in EU (UK is still part of EU for now :p )
I have called them and confirmed this previously before buying my FE85

His never posted pics here as far as I know yet demands speed of light af lock on and tracking pistol bullet fired that only the d750 can do

I posted on the d750 thread then remove when I take them off my Flickr account, I dont just leave things around forever.

I’m not like you lot, I don’t make demands. I also rarely post here, you’re right. I’ll fire some up when I get home tonight. Shot an entire wedding with the 55 1.8, just about.

But you like assumptions, like ive never used a 55 or I take photos of walls and fill my drives with crap like Jonney.

Oh and the 25mm batis?

A couple of things….where did he get those sleeves for the batteries? I notice Sony batteries don’t come with that yellow bottom plate that the Canon does with a little window. I want.

Second, he travels with the lens on the camera? I would have thought this would put unnecessary stress on the mount.

Fair assumption, considering you’re coming from Nikon. I have a microserver for my photos, I post some on 500px, I dislike Flickr and I like my privacy - so I don’t post pics of my family. I’ve been so busy I’ve still to process my trip to Canada, or to Andalucia. I’ll get there!
