I toyed with the idea of getting a tilt shift years ago and it was a cheaper one I looked at but not a tenner... couple of hundred or so but I can't remember who makes them.
 
the tilt one my mum bought is basicaly a ball joint, so u get a few degrees angle. you cant really dial in 3 degrees of tilt precisely, like you would with a proper ts lens or expensive adapter. but we got it for a lens baby so thats not a huge deal
 
i think for most compatability doing e mount to canon on the adapter is the way to go, as you can get quite a few lens adapters too canon, including nikon

Ok have turned it on as it off by default
 
2 types of autofocus on the a7 series (excluding a7r I think) :Phase detect and contrast detect.
Should be lots of about it on the net - but phase is the better option for me. It's the faster option of the 2.

Or maybe because some numpty forgot to turn it on for the original gold firmware build, lol ;)
 
The numpty is me hence the reason am called rookies [emoji23]
 
Done some test doesn't appear any faster what am I expecting
 
So this setting on the a7ii is suppose be on. Show me a picture pls to clarify am thinking of right one [emoji106] pls

the a7r2 has a fair few more pdaf points mate hence the option if that makes sense

My guess is something manual focus but I sort of hope it's an auto focus Sigma and the first of an avalanche of new FE mount Sigma's? :D Maybe not...

What do ya think's coming?

Some vc Tamron lenses would be nice. I know a few Tamron lenses are on the way, but no idea if they are considering e mount.
 
Hiya. How do u save raw files in your Android phone using the Playmobile app when transferring pics from my A7rii to my phone?
 
I doubt you can transfer a raw to the android device over wifi Johnny. Sending a file that large would take ages!
 
95% Don't be such a funsucker! Mostly, maybe but I don't believe 95% :D

These sites aren't Gospel but just take it with a pinch of salt and there's no harm done and keep in mind that although there may be a blizzard of the questionable and the wrong that site has also got a lot right over the years :D
 
someone in the comments said its a ultra wide venus lens, so its likely a universal design with different mounts stuck on in the factory, as they did with others.

and that makes sense really, if you cant make it much smaller n lighter theres no point for a company like venus to do dedicated fe lenses, much better to sell to everyone rather than just a few. and going off sar a decent % of fe customers are dickish anyways :/
