Congratulations to Richard on this week's Staff Photo of the Week.

An absolutely stunning piece of night-time photography and well worth the month's wait.
Technically very accomplished but also beautifully composed with a great use of the reflection to create symmetry.

The special part is knowing it was taken while wearing flip flops ;)

Thank you very much. The title is the Spanish world for "shark" :)
 
Fantastic picture, which also caught my eye when viewing your thread.

I would have picked it as the best from that set as well: The use of symmetry is great, without going into a completely symmetrical composition. I also adore the gently lit evening clouds that almost perfectly fill the negative space to balance the image out.

Only just looked at that thread and couldn't pic the best from it. Otherworldy and fantastic :thumbs:

that you have shown here.
