This week has been a tough choice with so many strong photos to choose from.
However, Neil's Malaysia series caught everyone's attention and we all had a personal favourite from among them.

This is the image that stood out for all of us and which we felt really summed up the feel of the place, but the whole thread really is worth a look. It's a fascinating insight into another way of life that most of us will never get to see for ourselves plus some top quality photography to go along with it.

The way you can see the seabed in the foreground elevates this above normal seascapes IMO.
 
wow...that really is stunningly beautiful....almost looks unreal.

This really is a great idea for a thread...first time I've seen this image, so loving the opportunity to see such wonderful work I would otherwise have missed.

I think the most impressive part of Neil getting this acclaim is the face he has utilised the forum extensively, taking a bit of flack along the way, and put the advice given in to practice and produced an excellent set of photos.

Location, location, location

then great skills to make the most of it. Brilliant image and on the original thread are some other stunners also that would be equal winners
