We don't seem to have had many updates on this thread lately, and everyone seemed to be doing so well (except me, my diet went into reverse before Christmas but it's getting back on track now.....)

How is everyone else doing? Were there any new year resolutions?

Lost 10Kg over the last 6 months - I can therefore fully endorse the Osprey Body-Armour Diet.
The real trick is keeping it off now I'm back in the land of beer and choccolate...

Can we start a new 2010 thread? I desperately need to do something - none of my clothes fit me anymore :'(
It doesn't help that I now live in the land of burgers and donuts :shake:

Well, I survived day one without cheating :D I'm following the Slimming World program which I've done before and found really easy. The only problem is that they don't have it in Canada, so I've got my mum to send me some books etc over.

Ah, Jolly good! :D well done and keep going, after over 2 years on a diet I was starting to lose track, just got stress keeping it going for the last few days..... is that cheating?

I've just joined WW Online......

BTW, if you'd like to start a 2010 thread, please feel free

Decided enough was enough, joined a gym, cut back and I've lost 19lb since Jan 1st :)

Another stone to go before I'm where I want to be :)

Well done

I just lost 3lb in my first week of healthy eating and more exercise. A step in the right direction!

Anyone recommend a decent site for studying up on calories/exercise etc? Having stopped smoking I'm ready to get the rest of me sorted out.
