I've got a flickr account with very little views. I'm not the best, don't pretend to be and I don't especially try to promote my photos.

The thing is, there is that guy. Yes that guy, I have no idea who he is but he put all my photo on favorite.
Sometimes if i look at a photo it has 0 views but 1 favorite (him). Now I guess its just a troll or a bot trying to make me look at his account and follow him. But it's slightly irritating. 99% of my favorite are his, if not 99,9%.

Some have watermarks that don't seem likely to be him, also look at exif not many people have a different camera for every place they go.
Could be a bot, could be more or less harmless picture collecting.
Best not to judge, 'he' might be physically unable to use a camera but still wants to feel part of the photographic community
 
I suspect it is just picture collecting - I'm not judging, just pointing it out.
Using a laptop, if you hover your cursor over an image the image name/number and photographer(or source) appears.
