If I put my Tesco vouchers towards a magazine subscription, does anyone know if I would also be eligible for the free gift offer to new subscribers please

I used Tesco vouchers to subscribe to "Digital Photo" and I never got a free gift, however I did not mind because it was a massive saving over the normal subscription price,

I fail to see why you shouldn't be. After all, a new subscriber is a new suscriber regardless of how they choose to pay. So unless the magazine stipulates otherwise, if you're new subscriber then claim the gift.
 
I subbed to Digital Photo with the Tesco Clubcard deals earlier this year, and I didn't get the gift. I did understand why at the time, but can't for the life of me remember why.

Something to do with the fact that tesco are paying for the subscription, so its a separate deal from the subscription arm of the publisher, or something.

Maybe Tesco receive all of the 'gifts' and sell them in their stores? :gag: ;)
 
I can also confirm receipt of the subscription via Tesco points - but no subscriber gift.

Slightly disappointed but not surprised - it is a great deal either way.
