Yes
For those that collect tesco rewards they are doing a double value on vouchers if they are traded for cameras or lenses, so if you have a few
£100's sitting around, could be time to treat yourself.
I wanted the 10-22 canon which they had 2 weeks ago but not now, will see if it returns.

they have a couple of L series on the site at present and lots of siggy's

Nice one, thanks for the heads up.

They're selling the Canon Flash Speedlite 270EX for £119; that's only £60 worth of vouchers if someone is after a cheap speedlite!

If you log into your (or the Misses) clubcard account, you can do a check over the last 2 years and it will show you any unused clubcard vouchers from that period - so ones either lost in the post, or you just forgot about.

I found about £40.....

I've got about 120 quids worth, been saving them for a Eurotunnel trip, Tesco prices for cameras are not that competitive so think i will keep my powder dry for now

This for me is why I am not bothering either and putting mine to other deals. Some things are sometimes double the price retail, at least over price. If you consider the vouchers can be worth 2/3x their value for other purchases then for me it is not such a good deal on the photography gear.

Wow, fantastic news, I've not used my clubcard much due to living abroad in 2010, however it shows I've got £32 in unused vouchers from the past 2 years. Now I need to check out if there is anything worth getting with them.

Thanks for the heads up :)

Lego is in the offer.......

Thanks for the heads up on this one.

I wanted a Canon 100mm macro and had £40 of vouchers so have just used it to get £80 off.

Tesco were second cheapest on Camera Price Buster and they have being going for not much less second hand on here so i think it was a good deal at £325ish delivered.

Tesco's prices are very variable, so well done for that one Tracey. The Canon 17-40L is £661.95 compared to £540.25 on Camera Pricebuster, so they'll not be selling many of them! ;)

Yes, some of their prices are just too high.

I've got a few hundred pounds in vouchers and looking at some new glass.

Think I'll stick to converting them to BA miles though as getting seats in First Class or Business outweighs the saving that could be had on buying an overpriced lens.

Crikey, that is a big difference Peter. As you say, the big variance in price is something to be wary of. Always surprises me when such large variances are evident; companies used to get away with that sort of thing a few years ago but the internet has changed that and you would think that sellers would realise they need to be competitive.

Tesco had a price check against Amazon quoted on the 100mm macro so they are obviously doing comparisons for some items.

If there is a smallish difference i am happy to use shops as i feel they deserve loyalty for the services they offer, but a difference of £120 plus pounds online is crazy.
