Telephoto on your iPhone

I read the title as 'Telephone on your iPhone' at first! I'd forgotten that I had one of those as well! :lol:

I'm sure that I saw something very similar posted on here earlier in the week ( or last week), and someone commenting that they had one. It might be worth a search.
 
Reminds me of when i put one side of a pair of binoculars infront of my old camcorder, it worked !
 
Has anyone tried this, or rather has anyone got money to burn for us all to have a good chuckle? Could help with not having to take a 200mm+ lens around ;)

it does look like you get a customer made mini tripod for you iphone as an incentive, even if the 'zoom' is rubbish

Vaguely serviceable, but not fab if this is the same thing (i.e. don't look at the edges of the frame)

but you're right that the tripod could be handy. I was musing on something like that over the weekend.
