not another one, an easy way to get free images eh James?

"6. Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the Competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Telegraph Media Group Limited to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition."

So you give away a trolley worth £210 every week (which cost the telegraph nothing probably) and you get 100's if not a lot more quality images to add to your stock library? Scam if you ask me.
 
but still, it's just an easy way to build up their stock gallery rather than paying getty or the likes £££'s for one shot.
 
Yup, the key phrase is that they can only use the image in connection with the competition. And that's pretty much good T&C's these days, if they stipulate only that ;)

No, #9 says the prize is subject to availability and #12 says they were available when the comp. was announced.
