Hello

I would really appreciate any help I can get.

I have a weird problem as a result of doing a few SEO reports on my website, indicating that I have 11 images on my homepage without any ALT text.
Further investigation has revealed all 11 images are: <img src="//assets.pinterest.com/images/pidgets/pinit_fg_en_rect_gray_20.png">

This is a pinterest icon!

I have disabled ALL pinterest elements on my website, and my homepage definitely doesnt have any pinterest icons...

www.nickenglishphotography.com

BUT in the source code of my website, there it is (image attached)

I have access to the HTML on that page and can confirm there in the HTML code, this doesn't appear!

As you can imagine this is somewhat frustrating!

So basically on my website source code, the pinterest thing appears, but on my actual build of my website where I can edit the HTML etc, there is nothing related to pinterest in the code at all!

Any help / suggestions for how I can remove it?

OR

Alternatively how I can edit it and add alt-text to it? (the icon doesnt show anywhere - so if I can just add alt text to it, then maybe it will cure my problem!)

Thank you

seems to be something in the span class for the 2nd image on your home page (the one with the blue hat'd lady and bride laughing).

something inherited from zenfolio theme maybe?

Im editing the page as I am typing on here to try and fix it, and have removed that image to see if it fixed the issue (which it has...) but now I have no images on my homepage!
I will have a look at the zen theme to see if it is inherited from that, thanks for the tip - good idea!

I have disabled everything to do with social media, sharing, even facebook/google etc to see if I can somehow get rid of this pinterest thing, but it is still there!!

Is there a module that is on that automatically adds the pinterest code for the images, because that is exactly what is happening each image has a pinterest span tag attached to it

Exactly! That's what I am trying to turn off / find out where it is located.

I have disabled ALL pinterest functionality from my website settings area of Zenfolio - but when you inspect an image source code, like you say, there is a span tag of this bloody pinterest.png thing!

Ive got access to the actual code of my homepage, but what it is does is import a photo (lady in blue hat for example) from my photos area.
Within the photos area I have access to add Alt Text etc to the images there and disable sharing (pinterest) on specific photos, or the entire gallery in which that photo resides... which I have done

But as soon as the page loads, it brings in the photo from the gallery and brings with it that pinterest code

Ive followed the steps on the above link (thanks for that) and it seems to still be bringing the code through
