Tech help please

Don't know if anyone can help but I've got a problem with my pc. When I do a search for something using google then click on whatever page I wnt to look at it always redirects me to another page usually trying to sell something. Obviously its a malware or virus type thing but what can I do? I can't search for anything now as it keeps re directing me.

Download and run Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php install program , click on update, then do a full scan and have the program remove everything it finds, Could sort your problem. Alan

1)Try another browser if you have any installed
2) Run a fun scan with your anti-virus programme, or if you don't haveone installed then install and run AVG Free: http://biSPAM/9DOJTy
3) http://www.safer-networking.org/en/ownmirrors1/index.html - intall Spybot S&D, run it and see if it finds anything

Sorted guys, thanks. I downloaded and ran a Malware program and that did the trick.
