Tattooooooooooooo

i had my first tattoo at 40.
oh . and the yakuza have full body and sleeve tatoos. but non that show when fully clothed. ie hands , necks or faces.

The font isn't Japanese. I asked a Japanese girl in the year below me at uni and she said its not Japanese. Another friend said he's not even sure its a language or symbols for anything - he seems to thing that the bloke who designed Tools artwork also designed A Perfect Circle's and may be made up.
Whatever it comes from I like it.

good luck with your tat, im on 5 atm, one on my left bicep, one on my chest, one on the back of my neck, one down the side on my ribs and am halfway through a half sleeve. the pains bearable (the ribs is one of the worst places apparently)
my advice is take a bottle of coke and a packet of chewing gum

One thing a lot of older peeps (should clarify that, got there work a long time ago) with tat's don't think about, is when thet had theirs done say 30 to 50 years ago. The styles, but more importantly the inks used and how it was pushed into the skin was a hell of a lot different back then from what it is now.
There were very , and I mean very few that for lining used anything less than a 4 needle. Now single needles are used for a lot of the work producing finer details. Most of the modern ones from good artists will last and look a lot better for longer. But another major factor is, how the tattoo has been treated / looked after over the years (sunlight / general weather / skin types).

I have 11 bits of work on me, ranging from 1 to 6 hours a session. I do admit, I regret some of my work, but only as far as I wish I knew the artists I know now had been around then to do my work.

once you get one you'll want another, lol, I love my tatoo's and will be getting another in the future :)

My first took 2 and a half hrs, the second took about 10 mins, my next will take about 2 and half hrs again as it will be free handed first like my first one was:)

Pics, or we don't believe you had it done :D

Are you on about mine Andy? ;)

I've always had a soft spot for Looney Tunes characters... I used to spend ages wandering around Warner Bros stores (sad, I know). Earlier this year my girlfriend and I were talking about them 'cos she wanted one across her back so I decided to have one done as well.

'Taz' has always been my favourite character and kinda sums me up in some ways... When I get excited, I don't make any sense and I'm usually up to some sort of (harmless) mischief! :D

Anyway, here it is...

It may be too late......but please be absolutely sure you want them and if so, good luck.

Hmmm...
I've just had it translated by a friend and it said it says 'I am a Nikon user' :D

My first tattoo took 4 hours! The 3 after that were 1-2 hours.
