Hi folks looking for advice I am a complete amateur got a canon 500d camera and was looking to buy a flash and seen this one yn--560 speedlite on e bay all reviews look good has any one used?? would love to know there thoughts .Also seen this lens a TAMRON 55--200mm f4.0--5.6 Di-LD Macro Zoom has any one any thought on this is it any good price compared to Canon is so cheap Hope some one can help . Also trying to upload photos on to this site but struggling HELP

Can't help with the equipment, but to share photos upload to Flickr first, and once uploaded click 'share' above your picture and there should be an option to 'Grab the HTML/BBCode'. Copy all of that text and you can paste that directly into your post. The pic should appear once you post your reply/thread.
