After being bribed with a few lorry loads full of jaffa cake muffins, I am putting this thread up. It was requested to be put in the Sharing forum so that it shows on the front page and gives the cause a bit more "face" time

Please note though that this is a thread for people to share their pictures of their Movember progress and crit should not be given, I will be watching this thread closely and will delete any comments that I find are not in keeping with the spirit of it

Participants to Movember globally start on November 1st clean-shaven and through the month grow, tend and sport a fantastic moustache. Just imagine what you can sport during that month!

Last year over £10 million quid was raised, you can be an integral part of raising that much money and helping to raise awareness!

For this year I am putting together a fine team of fine gentlemen to take part, and now is a great time for you to sign up to team (un)Smooth as well

The fine and lovely lady folk can take part as well as 'mo Sistas' - signing up for their own official accounts as they to have to put up with the lip caterpillars, and support their fine chaps. You can do it solo or you can join a team and support one another (either way you have your own page on Movember.com and chart your own progress). There is a free app for the iphone to take pictures and blog thoughts throughout too

Hi All,

I have joined a team at work for Movember. This is a charity fund-raiser where I (and other members of my team at work) have to grow a moustache for November. At great risk to myself (the wife hates moustaches) I have agreed to take part...

Why? Well, it's in support of men's health issues, particularly prostate and testicular cancer. The aim is to raise money for those causes.

I intend to shoot a photo of myself each day in Movember to show the progress of the offending hairy growth!

Progress Report...as you can see my face is a little red...it doesn't like regular shaving...in with the razor this evening...

geez guys...what can i say..??? .. tashes do age the man!! :shrug:

...but please no flamin' as the wife took one look at me and told me i look 60 :bang: ... (which was good as i'm old enough to be some'ones ancestor.... ) .. then she will be the soon ex-wife so water off the ducks back :thumbs:

keep up the good work....as itchy as it might be getting :cool:
 
I have the ability to make moustache growing look rock-hard so please go easy on me - I'm bathing in MiracleGro to give it one last burst before the end of the month, but here's me today on a cold, wet Blackpool shorefront....

Lol!!!! Mines already doing so but for different reasons.... Mine ages me to about 60 ...so she prefers younger men!!? But opinion is mixed....women seem to like c**t ticklers ..... Like side burns being thigh warmer??? .... Mine is annoying though... But I'll be keeping it for the moment.... A tash is for life not just for christmas
