I created an avatar, it was accepted ... no issue, it was simply football/Irish flag ... it dissappeared! Then I get an email telling me it breaks TOS, could be considered hostile lol

They've gone to the dogs, site is abysmal too

I completely forgot the deadline so didn't even assign a captain, or i have no idea who I defaulted to, the site won't let me in now either
 
The site decided on Jao Pedro for captain and Areola as Vc, I most likely would have chosen Salah. Maybe Pedro will have a solid debut for Chelsea ...

True, still a terrible start with a red def, and missing the deadline. It was just one of those weeks I didn't get around to finalising the team. It's all good, couple dozen transfers should do it :ROFLMAO:

Me too, I have Aina coming in for Gvardiol. I mean, it wouldn't have made any difference for the H2H, opponent had Wood as captain there - but overall, where every point counts [esp when you are trigger happy on transfers like me!]

When I logged in, it gave me a 'remember me' option, which saves me having to log in each time I go to the site. Try ticking the box to save yourself a headache. Mind you, I have to sign in with a new user-name and password each season, which is a pain.
 
I think the changes they have made to their site may take awhile to settle down. Hopefully they'll settle down. ;):LOL:
 
And so we have the end of gameweek 1, and the first leader is Fiendishly Bad with 66 points, who are not living up to their name. ;) They are obviously highest scorer of the week too. ;) :clap:

In 2nd place is horspath hounds with 64 points. I am 3rd with 62 points. :) The Real Villa are 2 points behind in 4th. Penfold's Dangermice are 5th with 54 points.

The average point score for the week was 54 points.

The deadline for making changes for gameweek 2 is Fri 22nd Aug @18:30.

In the Head2Head league, the first leader is also Fiendishly Bad, who beat Slot Machine 66-52. Horspath hounds are 2nd after winning against AVERAGE 64-54. :clap:

I am 3rd after coming out ahead of Woodys Wonders 62-41. The Real Villa are 4th after winning against New Oak Utd 60-43. Penfold's Dangermice are 5th after beating Amber Army 54-34.

Banished to Riyadh and Chambolica Charente were the other two teams to get 3 points for winning.

I have to say that I am not liking the new design on the FF site. The league table seems like a lot of wasted space. And the results and fixtures section have the emphasis on the manager rather than the team name, which in previous seasons had the manager and team names the same size, with the team name on top. It could be a pita going forward as I go by the team names, rather than the manager names. :rolleyes: :headbang:
 
I think the new design is a hot mess overall, I like nothing about it. Even down to just checking individual player stats it makes you go through unnecessary steps
 
I will be closing the PT FF league to entries at 18:30. Still time to join. ;)

Atm I will have to remove Tarric's Terrors because they have not posted that they have joined the TP league in this thread. :(

Unless Salah and Wirtz have a field day tonight, I think I will be below the average, and lose my H2H. Normal service resumed. I knew I should ended after the Liverpool game last week!

Wait until after the midweek games. There might be more yellow and red flags. You might be better off using your wildcard.

Penfold's Dangermice won their Head2Head with scraping the barrel in a palindromic 51-15, and are top of the league with 6 points. The only other unbeaten team are Chambolica Charente who came out ahead of last weeks leader Fiendishly Bad 56-42. Chambolica Charente are only behind by 3 accumulated total points.

Amber Army are up to 3rd, from last place, after beating me 90-33. :jawdrop: Slot Machine are up 5 positions to 4th, after winning their H2H with Biggin Bangers 63-30. Horspath hounds drop from 2nd > 5th, after losing against New Oak Utd 45-58.

Banished to Riyadh took on AVERAGE and lost 47-51.

Next to take on AVERAGE is me! :oops: :$:rolleyes::LOL: Hopefully I will do better than this week, which I would have lost. :(

Slot Machine(50) drop to 4th, 1 point behind. New Oak Utd(60) remain in 5th.

The average point score for the week was 48.

Because of the international break,:headbang: there is a long break before the next gameweek, and so the deadline for making changes is Sat 13th Sep @11:00.

Yes, very close for me too with Salah's 94th minute penalty just edging it over Amber Army. I see that average is doing well this year :D
 
Amber Army(51) still lead the league, though they have had their lead reduced to 14 points from Slot Machine(70), who move up 2 positions to 2nd.

Penfold's Dangermice(55) drop a place to 3rd, 8 points behind Slot Machine, and on equal points with Mrs Smith's Boys(82), who move up from 10th>4th. Mrs Smith's Boys were also highest scorer of the week too. :clap:

Chambolica Charente(61) move up a place to 5th.

The average point score for the week was 63.

The deadline for making changes is Sat 20th Sept @11:00.

In the Head2Head league we have one unbeaten team as Chambolica Charente beat Amber Army 61-59.

Slot Machine move up to 2nd after beating Banished to Riyadh 66-56, and are 3 points behind Chambolica Charente.

Penfold's Dangermice drop to 3rd after losing their first H2H with Woodys Wonders in a close 55-56.

The Real Villa lost to AVERAGE 55-63, and AVERAGE move up to 4th! :oops: :$

In the Head2Head league the unbeaten start to the season is over as Chambolica Charente lost to AVERAGE 34-42, :oops: :$ and I don't believe we have seen it before, but AVERAGE go top on equal points, but ahead on total accumulated game points. :jawdrop:

Amber Army beat Slot Machine 36-29 to move up to 3rd, 3 points behind the top two. Penfold's Dangemice are 4th, also on 9 points, after losing against Biggin Bangers 37-58, who move up to 6th, also on 9 points. Also 4th, on exactly the same points are Slot Machine after their loss. The last team on 9 points, in 7th place are Banished to Riyadh who beat me 53-48.

Next to take on AVERAGE are Penfold's Dangermice. ਖੁਸ਼ਕਿਸਮਤੀ. ;)
