i have a transfer rolled over from last week, so hoping to do a double move without any points loss after the internationals are done

I always tell myself I'm going to save a transfer so I can have two but I have never ever managed it yet!! I'm way to impatient!! :)
 
I'll be waiting until the end of the week to see who's fit, who's not etc before making my transfer/team selection. Let's see who I can transfer out that is likely to bag a hat-full of points the minute he's not in my team :bang:

Anybody know what chance Charlie Adam has of being fit ?
 
Can't decide whether to risk including C Adam V Stoke or risk including Shane Long away at Norwich.

Dzeko was my captain but didn't play, so I think Rooney will take-overs come on Wayne, one more goal. Also have Aguero up front so hopefully a good weekend
 
Another 'Captain' hat-trick - suspect Rooney will have bailed me out again.
 
Got a hat trick with augero but took him off as captain unfortunately and slapped it on young who did nothing, gonna have to play my wild card and get Rooney in next week I think

75 points for week 4 after the QPR v Newcastle game last night. A much better return than I thought it was going to be.
 
How do you use a wildcard......I have tried searching for info but I must be blind......(I am not a ref by the way)

I've not attempted to use a wildcard but it says this.....

Wildcards

A Wildcard allows you to make unlimited free transfers throughout a Gameweek. You can use up to 2 a season.

Playing your wildcard will remove any points deductions from transfers already made in the same Gameweek.

One Wildcard can be played at any time, the January Wildcard can only be used between Gameweeks 20 and 23 (2 Jan 11:30 to 4 Feb 11:30).

When playing a Wildcard, any saved free transfers will be lost. You will be back to the usual 1 free transfer the following Gameweek.

 
to use your wildcard, make all your transfers then press transfer, then before you press confirm transfers scroll down and you'll see the wildcard option

Merci Joe, why oh why don't they make it clear though.....where the wildcard is surely they should put a link to instructions.
 
yup you can trade your entire team when you use a wildcard and not only that but you can change it as many times as you want during that week.

I used mine this week as I wanted to make 4 changes and didn't want to lose the points.

If you are going to use your wildcard i recommend using it right at the start of the week, because as the week goes on and more people trade players it can affect their prices and since you can adjust it as many times as you want, if someone gets injured in training you can swap them out on friday.

after rooney's double hat trick his price is only going to go up this week so I added him before that happened.

I had Ryan Taylor - that first half last night was the most I've enjoyed a half of football when we have not scored in a very very long time - our midfield passing and work rate and general everything was brilliant. I'm still smiling about that now.

I also can't get the SWP song out of head....

Same here really - most play tomorrow.

Switching Robinson for Given in goals might have worked out ok as Robinson let in 3 despite them winning.

Silly me brought on Shane Long up front and took Barton out of midfield and he went and scored.

Charlie Adam sent off grrr.

Good performance from Spurs although it was about the worst I can remember Liverpool playing.

Hope I'm not tempting fate but I need my United players to get some points for me now.
 
Can't believe it, I'm up to 2nd in the league wahey!! Not sure it will last as I usually shoot myself in the foot by making points changes but I'm making the most of it at the moment! :D:cool:

Not sure about Charlie Adam though, I go rid of my Liverpool players as they are so inconsistent!

I've shifted Charlie Adam on now anyway - can always bring him back if need be.
