Morning Gents
Spotted Canon 85mm/1.8 on fleabay, £215:

Which would give me 50mm, 85mm and 135mm primes. I don't honestly use my two zooms hardly at all anyway, probably because they are so much inferior to my primes.
OR do I put the £200 towards a 400D, which even in Currys the other day was £379 and £50 cash back. I really like film, full-frame in particular, but don't have big money to spend and can see the attraction of a 400D.

They inevitably come up with really good reasons to justify spending hundreds of pounds, which make perfect sense to you but never sounds quite as compelling when telling the other half
