Tagging a fan page in to a photo.

Hello. How do I tag a fan page into a photo. My mate was having trouble doing it on my images on my facebook fan page. I thought maybe you can't tag photos with a fan page but it seems you can. I tried it by tagging fan pages to my image and I clicked on the link and it was definitely a fan page.

I've seen this too but not all pages let you do it. My idea was to tag very popular pages and see my work get more views but I couldn't find any decent pages to tag. Obviously not competitors!
