I realise you get what you pay for but as a starters for ten was looking at the Bamboo as my first tablet, any comments / opinions?

I bought the Wacom Bamboo Fun Touch and Pen a couple of months ago I think it's great now..............however when you first get it you will think someone has chopped off your hand and stitched it on backwards they take some practise. Put your mouse in a drawer and leave it there till your used to using it!

My current problem is my Camera is currently not in use because I've found I like digital painting! this is my latest effort:

I looked at getting a tablet a couple of months ago (never got round to it in the end) but I did find quite a lot of good reviews for the Aiptek Slim 600U Premium II. Looked a lot bigger than the Wacom offerings as the same price (£60), that's what I was planning on going for.
