T-Shirt Photo Printing

I'm looking for something like this

I want to print some of my photos onto t-shirts, I don't want batches of the same design and I'm looking for something of a reasonable quality that won't disintegrate after a few washes.

Does anyone have any advice, experience?

I have used one of our local print shops to do small runs. They'll happily do just one shirt. Of course the unit price goes up but the smaller the business the more flexible they are, in my experience. They have standard shirts - eg Black Polo - and as long as you supply the graphics digitally they'll do the rest.

For longevity, you'll want/need silk screen printing but that won't be cheap for small runs. The cheap option would be the iron-on stuff you can buy in many places but that won't last too long.

Best bet would probably be to talk to some local suppliers and see what they can do for you pricewise - yellow pages.
